Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and confirms that these have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.
In the event of customer absence at the time of deliver, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative address, after repeated failed attempts by the courier, will incur extra postage charges.

Collection services are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 2pm Sunday.
You will receive a second email when your collection is ready, however orders placed between 9am – 2pm on Monday to Friday will normally be ready for collection after 3:30pm, however it can take up to 24hrs.
During Bank Holidays our collection services will be suspended, however you can still place new orders to be collected 24hrs after our store has re-opened.
